It was fun to make but it represents too much work for the result although I really like the colour and it feels great to make my own pastels. I gave it a try and this is the result. This is basic pencil "testing", to find my favourites. I discovered that I don't like charcoal, I cannot stand the touch of charcoal (as well as chalk) and it was unpleasant to use it on paper. On the other hand, it was a pleasure to use graphite, some pencils have an almost unctuous texture. I prefer softer pencils and my favourites were 2B, 3B and 4B.

Ingredientes: - 2 colheres de sopa de cera de abelha desfeita em pó; - 2 colheres de sopa de sabão desfeito em pó; - 1/2 a 1 colher de chá de corante alimentar; - 1/2 colher de sopa de óleo. Fazer duas formas moldando papel de alumínio em blocos rectangulares pequenos e untar com óleo. A cera de abelha e o sabão podem ser desfeitos no robô de cozinha ou na moedor de café. Derreter a cera de abelha em banho-maria, juntar o sabão e derretê-lo, deitar o corante e mexer para misturar bem. Deitar a mistura nas formas e deixar arrefecer. Caso se deseje alterar as cores ou cores mais vivas, os lápis podem ser derretidos para se juntar mais corante.

What do I hope that this course will do for me? I hope that this course will help my to find if I have any artistic skills and if so to develop them. I also hope to learn how to "work my imagination" and to work it in a focused way. I feel kind of lost, sometimes I have ideas but I am not able to express them as I would like. I hope this course will help me to better express myself. Last week I received my course materials, I looked at them during the weekend but I only read the course material today. I went to take some pictures and began by following the categories lines, textures, light and shade, reflections, looking up, down, through, into the distance, contrasts and grouping of objects. Although I still haven't finished, taking pictures with an objective felt good. This for me is something new. I feel that I will have to work a little bit and that I will have to do some things I am "scared of" such as drawing but at the same time this is what motivates me.

Ingredientes: - 150 g de queijo camembert ; - 50 g de manteiga; - 1 ou 2 dentes de alho; - 1 colher de sopa de mostarda (eu uso de Dijon); - 2 a 3 gotas de tabasco. Picar os dentes de alho e misturar todos os ingredientes no robô de cozinha ou no liquidificador. Guardar no frigorífico para ser servido frio. Este molho deve ser barrado no bife quente de forma a derreter. O queijo  camembert  pode ser substituído por queijo azul.

Há pouco tempo explicaram-me que se mergulhar peitos de frango em iogurte líquido estes ficam muito tenros, como o melhor lombo de vaca. Quando quis experimentar não tinha iogurte líquido, só tinha leite gordo. Peguei nos peitos de frango e deixei-os mergulhados em leite durante uma noite. Ficaram fabulosos! Depois tenho usado este sistema cada vez que faço carne, deixo a carne mergulhada em leite durante o máximo de horas possível antes de a cozinhar, o leite transforma qualquer carne - de peitos de frango a bifes de vaca passando por bifes de perú - muito tenra e deliciosa.

A Oufti ! chegou hoje. Vinha numa caixa de metal giríssima mas nada apropriada para o transporte de gatos, assim que chegou fugiu e tem estado escondida a maior parte do tempo. Deixa-se agarrar, gosta de festas, comeu, passou alguns minutos a explorar a cozinha e já tem uma janela preferida. Bufou ao cão, fugiu do L., deixou a J. fazer-lhe festas. Agora está enfiada debaixo do sofá o que é bom sinal porque já se aventurou a vir até à sala, território do DAT.

Comecei este projecto antes de partir para férias e retomei-o assim que cheguei, estou quase a acabá-lo. Utilizei exclusivamente restos de tecido e de enchimento, a ideia foi aproveitar o que tinha à mão e não iria utilizar e reciclar, ficou com um formato estranho - 60 cm x 110 cm - por esta razão. O tecido principal é linho, as folhas são em algodão, o enchimento é em lã e a ideia do desenho veio deste livro . O desenho é uma árvore, é perfeito para a  rentrée  e para o Outono que já se faz sentir aqui no reino da Bélgica.
